I PURCHASED AN LG UNIT 7 YRS AGO. THE SEALED COMPRESSOR STARTED FAILING FROM 3 YRS ON. IT WAS REPLACE AND REFILLED TWICE. LG FAILED TO SUPPORT MY UNIT SO I WILL NEVER PURCHASE AN LG APPLIANCE AGAIN.

Horrible product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this refrigerator in 2017 and the ice maker has broken twice, the compressor was replaced after 4 years, the film on the front panel where the buttons are located is peeling off, the top coat of the finish is peeling!! Terrible choice

Wonderful Upgrade to our old Fridge.

Since it was delivered, about a month ago, the refrigerator has performed as anticipated. It adds dimension to our kitchen and the drawers are so convenient. We are very satisfied with this item thus far.

Beautiful Looking & Great Features But......

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought it 4 months ago and love it. It looks beautiful from inside to outside. So far so good to have everything runs well. However, few things I am not satisfy with are the 3 tiny vegetable bins and water/ice dispenser. One of the 3 bins in the middle has useless feature. To open it, you have to open both refrigerator doors to get stuff out, plus the space is really small, just for few lemons. LG really needs to consider to redesign it. The water/ice dispenser design really doesn't make sense. The place looks like for a cup sit but is really too shallow to fit a regular size cup. Most dislike thing is push water dispenser, the light under it will be on, just don't know it's on for what reason. The cup hold place can not put a cup for getting water since the angle of spout is really not at right point. Just like another owner mentioned, "The water dispenser would be much easier to use if the spout had been made longer or slightly farther out."

Space is an issue for the shelving, its difficult to put a 1/2 sheet cake in the space when entertaining. This nit picky but, the ice machine is loud!
Pros: easy to use
