Does not fit

I bought this for my s3101 which it says it will fit my model.....nope it did NOT fit. Now I have to pay for it to be shipped back and they will take 10% restocking fee. Btw I would not pick a star but it made me in order to put a review.

Heater never really worked

Previous model got so steamy that you could see the steam come off the floor. This one never got very hot - you can keep your hand on the pad and it’s barely warm. Wouldn’t buy again.

Quit working, can’t fix

So environmentally irresponsible. Even the casing in which the screws are housed is too narrow for a normal screwdriver, if one were trying to fix themselves. Don’t make products that end up in a landfill after a handful of years, Shark!

The original s3101 is the one to get. I have the newer model that swivels more. It doesn't stand upright when you lean it to heat up or to fill it. The older s3101 is best. It is easier to control and you can lean it up against the counter or couch back to leave for a second. The newer models that swivel more fall down. The s3101 cleans better. The steam is stronger.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I use mine daily, and i love it. I have the reusable pad, so when i am done i just toss it in the washer. Works great on ceramic tile floors which is all i have used it on.

I bought this steam mop, under high expectations. What a huge disappointment! It worked great the first 3 times. After that, it went to sleep. It turns on, but no steam comes out. It just leaks water. I can't return it , because I had 5 spine procedures, I couldn't clean my floors. Now is too late to return.NO!! I WOULD NOT!!! RECOMEND

I love shark products! I wish this did a little more but maybe the updated version is a little better. It gets the job done and steams of course! But needs more power.
