What an adorable game. The characters do a lot of funny things, and just having the environments made of LEGO makes everything a lot of fun. Many well-loved plot segments from the movies are present here, and the game play is set up such that if you go wrong and your character dies, you just pick right up in the same place--even young and unskilled players will be able to get through the story with some persistence.
The only difficulty I had was in figuring out what I was supposed to do on a few levels. I eventually figured them all out though. (Note to self: don't forget that R2-D2 can fly, like in the prequels!)
What's great about it: Whimsical fun
What's not so great: Occasional difficulty telling what you're supposed to do

My 7 yr old loves it! He had it for his DS and wanted it for his Wii. He plays until I make him stop. Good game for a Star Wars kid. Does have parts you have to read, so it's good to have a parent or sibling around to "translate" for younger ones.

It is a fun game, but they don't like how in the beginning you can't choose your characters. You have to unlock them all to get to what character you want to be.

If you like the Lego Star Wars games, then you'll love having the complete saga! Having all six movies in one product is what makes this well worth the buy. The only thing I'm not sure about is that there seems to be only 3 games you can save. I haven't had it long enough to see if you could save more, but if it is limited to only 3 games, then that would be the only thing that detracts, which is unlike the Indiana Jones or Batman Lego games where you can have 6 saved games. The game itself and the game action is simply outstanding!
What's great about it: It's Star Wars!
What's not so great: Limited number of saved games

I really didn't know what to expect when I got this, but I am not too thrilled with it. It is extremely difficult to figure out, and the game lends no direction help wise. Typically, most games like this will have a some sort of tutorial or help feature to get you going, this does not.
The graphics are pretty good and the levels are pretty interesting and can be funny. I wouldn't pay 450 for this game, but whent he price drops to $30ish, it may be worth picking up.
