Buttons sometimes don’t work/cd tray opens

This product has great power and sound...BUT buttons do not work sometimes and cd tray opens by itself. One day may need WiFi connection on new upcoming models to download updates to firmware. To Cold Reset the stereo press and hold the “power” button, “stop” button, and “enter” button and it may fix any problems. Hope this helps somebody

worked fine until....

i bought it 3 years ago and I used as a computer speaker.(only touch the power button) and now the bluetooth function tries to pair with any device and doesn't let you to hear any sound at all.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Disappointed in the amount of bass

Bought this system for the larger sub and 700watt output. Basing my purchase off of my 320watt sony soundbar and sub.. my TV room put out more bass than this system @ less than 1/2 the rated watts. It will be ok for a shop system but am disappointed in the output.
Bought this online, had I heard it in person I would have passed on it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
