Great Features

Love this range especially the dual ovens. After several uses, the cooktop showed signs of delamination from underneath the cooktop. Called LG and replaced it without any difficulties. They indicated that they never saw anything like this before, therefore, it seems like an isolated case. Excellent customer service and will purchase LG products again.

Love it! I usually only have a single item, frequently on a sheet pan that cooks perfectly in the top oven. I really like not having to heat up a large oven. I was concerned at first that being close to the heating elements might make thing cook too fast, but that is not the case. It lets me know when it is done preheating. Great oven.

I love my double ovens - having two ovens makes baking so much easier when I can get two different dishes going at once!

Love the dual oven

This is a great oven. I love the dual oven's, I use it more than I thought I would. I figured I would use it when cooking for holidays but I use it on a regular basis. I can cook french fries in the top oven at 450 while cooking chicken in the bottom at 350. Highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this in 2015 and have had the exact same problem 6 times. If I go to use the top and bottom ovens at the same time, they both shut off and I get code F19. It then has to be repaired with a new control board and thermostat. It also is always 50 to 150 degrees off.
Pros: Style/Design
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I researched many brands before purchasing this oven. The solid reviews here helped make my decision. I am sorry to say that this oven is a BIG disappointment. Here are the basics:
-Both ovens take a very long time to heat up When it first arrived I couldn't believe how long they both took to cook and turns out they were both off by 20 degrees when I put an oven thermometer inside.Shouldn't that be tested at the factory?
-You have to push a minimum of 3 buttons to do anything: oven >bake>temp> start...burners +/- for hi/low then +(4 times) to get medium it's RIDICULOUS
-the songs!!! Everything is a full song and not a beep, reaching temperature, timer, etc...you can turn it lower, but can't make it a normal beep.

To make things worse, my oven is now 3 months old and broken. I now hear a different song, the oven flashes F19 and shuts off, I have been waiting 3 weeks for the authorized LG repair person to received the parts and fix my oven. Can't believe after spending all this money that I won't have an oven for Christmas.
I have other LG electronics that I love, I am very disappointed in this oven.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
