We needed a cheap solution to keeping frozen items in the house because we buy in bulk. This freezer more than exceeds our needs as a family of 6! Very happy.

I bought two of these 2 months ago for bulk meat storage. I'm able to fit 1/2 a beef and a full pig in them with space to spare. The top seals well and they are deep freeze which is a requirement for me. I bought two for two reasons, to have a spare in case of failure (the meat costs more than the freezers) and to be able to defrost one and still have storage. One thing I would have liked is for them to be deeper and shorter so they would take up less space.

no lock on freeze door other wise great freezer

This true event 1st bought another brand and it was DOA, returned it ,
then got the GE 7cf, no problems just wish it had lock on door.

Perfect size for a small household

I've only had this freezer for a month or so but love it already. It's the perfect size for a small household (1-2 people) and doesn't take up much room at all.
