We put it in the garage and we live in Michigan. It runs quietly, so quietly you have to look at the power light to know it is on.

Light weight easy to move, is NOT an "eye sore" get's cold right away.Perfect for storing different items has a shelf and two good size storage baskets for the smaller things. Very Satisfied

GE did not have the model I ordered! So they upgraded me to a larger capacity chest freezer. I'm glad they did, as I like it alot and it works just fine. The delivery was on time, and the guys who brought were very polite and helpful.

I recently purchased my GE chest freezer. It was so easy to use. Just plug it up and allow it to stabilize the temperature. That was it. Nice...
