We bought the freezer in April and have been pleased. In June had to go out of town suddenly and upon our return, found the freezer light on, but unit was completely hot and all our food was spoiled. Luckily we always purchase where we feel comfortable and also buy an extended service plan, so although the unit is only 2 months old, the manufactor information stated they would not reimburse for food loss, where our extended coverage will. I made the call to report the problem. Was told to inventory the what was in the freezer and then I could go ahead and throw it away and clean it. I did my homework reviewing different models, etc. before we bought this one, so I still recommend this product. I'm sure that with my luck I'm the one in a million who has the defective unit!

It is very sleek and easy to install. Just plug it in, and let the freezing begin. Haven't had the opportunity to defrost and try to drain it yet, but I'm staying hopefull!

I bought this product several months ago and I'm very happy with it. It is compact and fits my family's needs. It holds a lot of meats and all of those extra large pizza boxes that my fridge can't hold.

Got this yesterday. Delivery was efficient and easy. Pleased with the size and the amount of space it takes up. Cooled very quickly. Rating it a 4 only because we have had it for such a short time.
