i bought this freezer to downsize from an older (21 yr.old )freezer (which was a GE . the older one gave me great service , but was having some problems , seals around lid , light went out , not freezing as good. it was double the size of this one , I didn't need all the space .this one was perfect for my needs now . its working great an serves my needs for a freezer now .

I have recommended this product to my family and friends that needed a separate freezer. The chest design prevents all the cold air from coming out on your feet when you open the door.

I've had absolutely no issues. The freezer cooled down immediately, has worked continuously for the past nine months, and has not formed any frost.

I'm a single mom -- I hate grocery shopping and I don't have a whole lot of free time to cook big meals, so I wanted to have additional freezer storage space to stock up on staples and prepared-ahead and frozen meals. This freezer gives me plenty of stocking space! The two top baskets are perfect for smaller things like hot dogs and ice pops so they don't get lost in the bottom, and I found additional storage bins that fit perfectly to help organize the smaller packages of meats and whatnot. Now instead of dragging my poor kid through the grocery store as often, we have a little more free time to do other (more fun) things!
