Looked for quite a while for the perfect chest freezer and this one is fantastic. It looks nice and is perfect to take advantage of great sales at the supermarket. The freezer is so quiet you don't even know it's on. I totally recommend this freezer to whom ever is in the market for one.

like everything except it would have been nicer if there was another shelf in the freezer. Also would have prefered self de-frosting.

I bought this freezer three months ago and have no regrets. It gets very cold very fast and that is all I wanted it to do.It is also a nice looking appliance so that is also a plus.I like the green power light,it just looks cool.My only complaints are that the metal interior is way too soft.It dents very easy and it's not made in America.

Great space saver

We bought this a couple months ago to replace a large chest freezer we'd had for over 30 years. Like the new size, but it should have a light in the lid when it opens. Set thermostat at 0-deg F which is standard for deep freeze. We haven't defrosted it yet but it is already frosting around the top of edge of the freezer, and very noticeable amount where baskets rest at the top also. Looking forward to the energy savings.

No complaints after a week. The freezer got cold quickly, and has the meat I put in it frozen solid.
