Good Basic Freezer

I have had my freezer for 4 months and so far have been satisfied. The only issue I have noticed is that the seal doesn't fit tightly in one area of the top and ice builds up. I have to scrape the ice off or it continues to build up. If I didn't do this for any extended period I wonder if it could build up enough to cause the lid to be unable to close tightly and thus cause the freezer to have to use more electricity to keep my food frozen.

We picked this up a month or two ago to handle the overflow from the refrigerator freezer and to be able to stock up on good meat deals. Well the 7 cubic foot size is perfect to hold a large volume of stuff, the outside dimensions allow it to be located just about anywhere without it being an obvious eye sore
