Stopped working after 2 months

I bought this grinder to replace an old one that was getting finicky because of a cracked lid. I thought this one was amazing until it decided to completely stop working. There is some sort of electrical issue and it will not receive power. Played musical electrical sockets trying to see if we could get it to work but no luck. Luckily we held on to the old grinder. Very disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I would not buy this again

I bought this two months ago, and it quit working. I an disgusted. I have a Mr. Coffee pot that I have had for probably 10 years! I had the least expensive Mr. Coffee grinder for multiple years also. Not what I paid for. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Went up in SMOKE!!

We owned one of these for a little over a year. A few days ago my stepson happened to be standing in the kitchen and saw this grinder billowing smoke. Had he not been standing right there, this very likely could have burned our house down. I believe Mr. Coffee has a serious design flaw in this product. DO NOT BUY!!!

This is our second one after burning the first one out. There is always one or two coffee beans that escape chopping by the blade, otherwise it does a decent job. The "Chamber Maid" plastic ribs are a real nuisance, extremely annoying, making it impossible to empty and clean the bowl. I fell like breaking those ribs out of there. Of no value whatsoever. Possible 5 stars without that feature.

Needed a replacement after Ten Years

I bought this model over ten years ago, and it still functions to grind the beans, but the plastic prongs inside the bottom of grinder pot broke off, and now I need to use a tool or my finger to clean out the bottom after grinding. So hopefully, this new one will also last 9 years. Works great for grinding any amount of beans.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Didn't Last!

Loved this while it lasted, but unfortunately didn't even last 3 months before the motor burnt out. Looking for a different grinder - wouldn't buy this again.

Great product!! Only weakness is the inside side wipers break off after about 3 or 4 years. I have 2older units in garage with this problem.

Used 3 times and no longer works

I bought this maybe 3 years ago and used it whenever I decided to grind up some whole beans to use with my French press, which is clearly rarely used...went to use it last night to grind up beans for my new cold brew and I plugged it in, the lights turned on and then 15 seconds later, the thing turned off and will not turn back on! Tried resetting the outlet, tried another outlet, the thing just died on me...I’ve always properly cleaned it and stored it in the box I purchased it in...disappointed...
