What's great about it: Different heat settings, cooks evenly, and heavy duty
What's not so great: So far I've found nothing!
and I think I made a great choice picking this Breville WOK! I've never owned a WOK before, and I wanted something big enough to cook a lot of veggies and meat, and this one is it! It has alot of heat settings, and is heavy duty. Gets very hot for searing meats, but can be turned down to simmer if needed. I leave it on my counter and use it for everything that calls for a heated skillet. So far, I have no scratches on the surface, and I always use the spatula that came with it. Easy to clean too, using a paper towel to wipe it out, and then using a damp cloth to clean it. I use no abrasives or harsh detergents on the finish. Since I live alone, I usually cook enough for two-three so I can have leftovers, so it's not too big for even one person!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Lots of heat settings, heavy duty, totally pleased with it! Some minor scratches have shown up in the non-stick coating when I have been using the recommended plastic spatula, but the manual said it could incur minor scratching and will not effect the cooking. So I am not going to worry about the minor scratching from the the plastic spatula.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: Fast cooking
I've only had this product for about a month. Its been fantastic! It heats fast and even and cleaning is a breeze. I have a wonderful stir fry meal ready to eat in about 30 minutes. It would be shorter but the rice takes 20 minutes (stove top, not in the wok)!! LOL Great product so far.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: Ease of use, wide range of heat settings, ease of cleaning, deep bowl, nonstick surface, gets very hot
What's not so great: None noted so far
Replaced a 21 year old smaller nonstick wok with this Breville wok and have wondered why I didn't do it years ago! Because of the wide variety of heat settings and directions indicating which to use for meat, vegetables, etc, you can't go wrong, and the flavors of the foods are fantastic! Love the deep bowl and see-through lid. Easy to clean. Great purchase.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Product was delivered as expected and has performed well. Mainly used by my wife and she has praised the Wok and how it cooks.

What's great about it: Gets very Hot, Has see through lid, can dismantle to clean it, fits in sink
What's not so great: Nothing
15 years ago electric woks I had were junk.
I still wanted to wok cook, and now it is as it should be with this item.
This wok get's very hot to sear meats quickly. The glass cover makes it easy to see if your over cooking the veggies.

One great Wok. Worth ever penny, cooks fast, easy to clean up and large enough for a family of 4. Heats very well up the sides of the wok and is very stable.
This is a very well made, heavy appliance and I expect a lot of long term service from it. I looked at a lot of others before ordering and this by far for the price is the best. Buy it you won't be sorry.
