incredible headset

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have loved this headset, it's my second pair. They are comfortable, clear & versatile. As a small business paint contractor, I'm constantly going or on a jobsite, so this headset allows me to enjoy music, hear texts, voice dial/ text, answer calls while hanging off a 20 foot ladder.
The only negative I have is there durability, lack thereof. My current set on/off switch has loosened and doesn't always turn on. This might be a singular event, but it's a bummer that this had happened.
Otherwise, I'll continue purchasing added pairs because of the sound quality & design.

Blue Tooth Headset

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this product in May, they worked great for about four weeks, then the sound quit working on the Right side, and about two weeks later now Both Sides quit working. So now I have a head set that is not working "at all"
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Neat Looking, but pricey

I just purchased these today 11/03/14. I was expecting to be wowed by the sound, but I was not. I'm afraid the ear piece cord will break because they are much thinner than previous models. I think I am going to exchange for the Pros. The retractable ear buds are neat but not really a necessity for me. The bass is much richer on older Tone versions. This new version looks neat/futuristic, but looks aren't everything....
Pros: Style/Design, easy to use
I would recommend this to a friend!

LOVE IT BUT NEEDS BASS!!!!!

Last year I was given the LG Tone HBS730 as a gift and the sound is great, with deep bass.
This year I received the LG Tone Infinim HBS900 as a gift.
Love the design and retractable headphones and was satisfied with the sound, but when it comes to the rich deep bass, it is lacking.

Bass, Volume issue? Read this before taking back.

I'm writing this for other people who have already or may in the future have/had the same issues and what I did to solve them. The issues: 1. No bass. I too wondered where all the bass was. Harmon Kardon signature sound rite? Reviews talking about great bass. What? I didn't have any bass, so I'm checking all over the internet for reviews, youtube and such and they're all saying great sound, great bass, but not me, so I'm thinking, for this price I'll just take them back and get the Pros for half the price if there is no difference in sound quality. But before I did that I thought I'd try the different earbud covers that came with it. WOW!! That did the trick. Apparently the smaller covers that were on them out of the box weren't fitting right in my ear and as soon as I tried the bigger, and then biggest sizes the bass that the reviewers and LG touted were so great showed up....Boom. Now I have an awesome sound, bass and all. 2. Low volume. Ditto! The change in the earbud covers and consequently the fit in my ear made it so the volume gets as loud as I need or want even too loud if I wanted.
Ok, so why the 4 star instead of 5. The ONLY reason is price. That's it. They are higher than I'd like to pay for what I use them for.

Infinitely In Love w/ Infinim

I originally bought these for my honey a few months ago. Unfortunately, or fortunately for me, he got scared away by it. Too many bells and whistles for his simple needs. So I wore them to work the next day and fell in Love! I don't have to deal with getting caught in cords, the people I talk to couldn't sound more clear if they were in the same room, the battery seems to last, it doesn't drain my phones battery, I can connect both my work and personal phone to it at the same time, music quality is the bomb... Best of all... It reads me my texts and social media notifications. Only one thing would make this even better... if it could reply to my incoming textsl, and i would like to be able to play what it transcribed and have it edit the msg if need be, before sending. it's super comfy and lightweight, sometimes I forget that I'm wearing it. and it doesn't snag my hair!

I will say that the sound quality is out standing, but the overall product quality is poor. The 1st one I bought died 2 weeks after getting it, took it back and they replaced it. I've only had the replacement for a short time and again it has stopped working.
Pros: Features/Settings, easy to use

Sometimes I forget I'm wearing them when I go to bed they're so comfortable! The sound is better than my stereo speakers so I prefer to listen to my music through these. I have kidney failure so I have to sit for several hours straight for dialysis so I use my headphones to listen music and it takes my mind off the procedure.
