After 26 years with a GE Profile refrigerator we were so glad to be able to replace it with another. Our only disappointment is not being able to get a panel ready model. Thankfully we found a black finish one.

Great dimensions as it fits the cabinet depth really well as the ad said. However, very disappointed in lighting. Does not have a lower light, so stuff in lower unit is hard to see.

Basic mechanical issues

Even after adjusting the front legs for leveling purposes, the doors still don't fall shut and, in fact, shutting the fridge door makes the freezer door pop open a centimeter - just enough not to notice but for the ice maker to clog up. Going to need a second service call on a brand new appliance, not good. Uneven doors make this appliance seem cheap. I would not buy again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bought this because it is the size that fits our counter depth cutout. Side by side is not my preference but it was the right size. Storage space is limited compared to my old frig but after I purchased some stackable containers, it will do. Lighting is good at the top but there is none at the bottom. Best attribute is it is VERY quiet. Nice exterior finish as well. It also allows things I use a lot to be stored at eye level. A good outcome given limits imposed by our space restrictions.
