Great appliance

I had to replace my GE refrigerator/ freezer from 2010. I am overwhelmed that this product lasted for 15 years. It is good product and all of my appliances are GE.

Quiet and Organized Shelves

So far everything is great! Installation went smoothly and it is not a noisy appliance. The counter depth helps it blend into our kitchen. Very pleased with our choice.

The lighting on the refrigerator side isn’t very bright. If any objects are on the top shelf, they block the light below. The placement of the refrigerator in my kitchen exposes the bottom left side of the refrigerator. Spray foam insulation injected at the time of construction has pushed the bottom pan, exposing the insulation. Visibly white.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Needs refining

Not enough shelves in freezer, lighting in frig is poor, ice escapes from dispenser, need another bin in the frig, door closing are erratic.

There is a little part broke that we found went we moved in is the spring retainer of the water and ice server, I not sure were sumit this issue

Meets my expectations

The refrigeration is a beautiful replacement for my old model. The color meets my expectations. The instructions were simple to follow. It began to meet my needs immediately. The features are great. It’s a little wider than expected but my wife is satisfied.

Does not compare to our old GE.

Doesn’t compare to the old one. Not near the capacity of the old one, that one had lots more depth to it and this one has the big light fixture takes up too much room. I wish we had looked closer before we purchased.
