Ice forming in freezer

1. We have this fridge just 2 weeks, after our other one died unexpectedly. Some things bother us, and if there had not been urgency to buy a new refrigerator, we probably would have chosen something else. As others have noted, ice forms in the back of the freezer—I would not have expected that after only two weeks. The recommended links seem inappropriate for a new product.
2. It is inconvenient to not have a cold cuts drawer where we would normally store cheeses etc.
3. Having only one light at the very top of the refrigerator part means all the shelves below the first two are dark, and that includes the two drawers at the bottom.
We are living with an expensive mistake.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Had since Dec.2021. Serviced for loud buzzing in ice maker. I think it was the fan. Now the temperature sensor be sleep!!eps all day and night. It is not oveloaded .I want to disconnect the sensor to stop the beeping so I can get some sleep . Can not find anything online about this model and how to disconnect it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

3 months old and it’s broken. The compressor went and it has been a long and painful process to get it fixed. They helped a bit financially but need to do better with getting things fixed faster.

Broken icy nightmare

The refrigerator….. has some major problems it keeps building ice in the back, and leaking, and makes horrible noises. The doors won’t seal. It won’t level, it wobbles like a top. The builder of the new home has been out rice to fix it and they said it needs to be replaced. They suspect that something “happened” to it like it fell off a truck or something.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
