i purchased this turntable about a month ago and i got three days out of it, and the needle broke! unable to find a replacement. very cheep!!

Turntable has loud hum when it is turned on, as if it is not grounded. No help from Sony. Would like to return, but I threw the box and packing away.

Hi, Roscoe11, We are sorry to hear the issue you are having with your new turntable. The cable connections of the turntable to your other device may be the issue here. You may unplug and plug the connections back in. Make sure the cables are connected securely.

This product worked for one day and then stopped working. Unfortunately, we left it in its box for almost a year so the warrantee had expired. Now we have a useless piece of junk.

Excited about this purchase. Sound quality via blue tooth is good. Any my vinyl is seeing the light of day for the first time since 2000. However, the hinges for the lid were not included. Disappointed in that.

No power

Followed troubleshooting help from Sony rep which we confirmed there is no power going to the unit. The spindle does not move after depressing "start" and no electronic sounds can be heard. Inspection with a flashlight under platter and it looks to me like there are some electronic components missing. Too bad they don't have another one in stock or I'd review a working model.
What's great about it: Uhhh...I live close to the best buy I need to return it to...?
What's not so great: No power

can't use it because you need a serial number for the software which is included. However, no serial number was included. i suppose they want you to go and buy the software.

What's not so great: need practical people to design the product
