Solid through and through

I've had this phone for over two years now and it has never let me down. It's built solid! I have dropped it on concrete floors and roadways...no problem. Try that with your I-phone. ha ha. This phone is easy to use with the windows 8 platform. Fast and intuitive after a few minutes of learning the nuances of the 8 platform from a couple of quick tutorials online. The included GPS Here and Maps apps(FREE) are fantastic. The tiles in windows are great. Easy to ad/delete or move around, re-size whatever. Almost any product that you buy these days has at least some small shortfall. This phone doesn't have any! Enough said.
Pros: Personal
I would recommend this to a friend!

Super Phone

I love the phone. Came from Android and I do not miss it at all. Good solid phone. Some may find it a bit heavy, but I am a big guy and I like the weight. Great pictures, vivid screen, and the wireless charging is much handier than I originally thought it would be. Only con is a less than robust battery life, but I have adapted. I have a charger in my car and a wireless charger on my desk that keeps it topped off.
Pros: Personal, Business

Glad I switched

I switched from my GS3 Android, and I am NEVER looking back! Better screen, tougher, and a battery that lasts twice as long (in my use.) And the fact that there are fewer apps available, means that I can stop bogging down my device with useless JUNK, it remains as snappy as ever!
Pros: Personal, Business

This is an awesome device when it works. A solid Windows Phone device. Love the display / Camera is among the best, but constant freezing and now SIM Error, it wouldn't recognize my SIM I have been using for a while, it just stopped recognizing the SIM.
Pros: Personal, Business

Nokia Lumia 920 is a great phone

I am the kind of person who cannot hold anything without dropping it. I have dropped this phone hundreds of times without a case and the screen is still intact apart from a few scratches. I bought my phone used from my uncle and I know he had some complaints about the battery life, but it is fine for what I use it for. I love this phone and when I get another one it'll definitely be a Nokia.

2.5 years later & I'm still satisfied!

I bought the 920 when it first came out in 2012, and I'm still happy with it 2.5 years later. I've become attached to the wireless charging, the camera beats the iPhone 6 Plus, and it is a great size for every day use. I'm looking forward to the Windows 10 flagship phone to see if I'll finally want to upgrade to a new device.

Reply to person whose screen went black

This will happen once your (ear) speaker gets enough dust in it. The dust will get over to your proximity sensor making the phone think it's next to your skull. Just blast the speaker at the top of your phone out with some compressed air and you'll be as good as new again. I love the wireless charging. I love the rock solid calls. I love that I have dropped it on the ground without a case and it didn't break. I love the OS. I only wish that more apps would be available. This is the best phone with the possible exception of the 1020. Oh and perfect music or spotify are suitable replacements for lousy xbox music.
