i love the OS its good, very good but i don't like the way you upgrade its too slow process and i hate how even Microsoft apps on other platform are better than the apps in wp!
the phone is heavy and i find the big black space in the bottom of the screen is ugly but i love the camera its awesome, the phone have a heat problem it get very hot when sharing connection or playing games or using here maps and that problem caused yellow spots on the screen

i came from android or hangroid is better for it.and i always had problems with my android phone. when i bought lumia920 i realy wondered.there is no hanging its fast and easy to use updates are available for it Microsoft really loves its customers and supports them. Ihave Lumia denim update.its hardawares are powerful with its 1gb ram and I think 1.5ghz CPU dual core qualcome.i suggest you to buy Microsoft products not only the lumia920 all the products are good. And I'm going to buy a surface pro3

Great phone that has stood tge test of time

I love my Lumia 920. It is the first phone I've had that I've been fine with using for 2 years (even though I purchased mine 2nd hand to avoid a contract#. The only things I wish were improved are the speakerphone #way too quiet#, better viewing angles on the screen #pretty much fixed on the Icon and 1520#, and better touch screen sensitivity/latency time. When I am playing a first person shooter, it takes a really long time for the screen to respond to when I slide my finger. On the iPhone, for example, as soon as I move my finger on Modern Combat, the aiming responds immediately. On my 920, there is a small lag between when my finger moves and when the game responds. This is crucial to gaming, especially 1st person shooters. I love the polycarbonate body, but it gets annoying that there is screen separation between the shell.
The only other complain would be app quality which is a combination of developers fault and Microsoft. Games lag terribly, even though the 920 should be capable of performing well #even though the S4 is a little behind#. Games like Modern Combat from Gameloft lag like crazy, when an iPhone 4s #close to similar specs# runs it way faster because Gameloft takes time to optimize their code for the platform instead of it being a terribly lazy port. Again, this is both Microsoft and developers faults, kind of a chicken and the egg situation.
I love my 920, wish we could get a similar device with better screen, same screen size #not everyone wants a phablet#, expandable memory, and an SOC that can last for a long time #and not just keeping up with competition, but something a little ahead of its times, like how Apple makes chips that last for 2 years plus).

I like the design, and the smoothness of the UI but I cannot skip to mention the apps, they just aren't good enough compared to Android an iOS. Although, I'll keep using WP because I am Nokia and MS fan.

Hey hi., this is my first Windows phone..!! I was using a Symbian phone(Nokia E5)., had hands on with Android phone of my brother's(Sony Xperia SP#.. And after all that I thought of trying with Windows phone.. After having hands on with almost all Windows phone available at that time., I finally decided to own a Lumia 820. But for my luck., I got a Lumia 920 from a known guy. :# And thus, I owned it. From my heart I can say that I'm fully satisfied with my phone#or even any Windows phone#.. The concern that people say about WP is., lesser apps.. But I'm satisfied #more than satisfied# with the apps available with the question in mind that "Number does not matter., the question is How many apps do We actually need?"..!! I love my phone to the core. It has a great camera., good OS#never hanged even if it is., it would be the app and not the OS#. I explore all the new phones coming to the market and I have hands on almost all the phones that were available for show in the showroom. I'm posting this just because I don't love my Lumia 920., but I also love all the Windows phone#including phones from HTC, Samsung and other parties#.. I ad decided not to switch any other OS till my life time.. I love the live tiles., its unique when compare with other OS.
I love Windows phone..!! #^_^# Keep going..!!

Best Phone Ever

I've been using my black L920 for two years now and it has become my trusted sidekick. It is rugged, quick, smooth, fast and elegant. The camera is terrific too. I've been using Windows Phones since they were introduced and this is the best so far. I've paired it to a MS Band and it is perfection.

great phone with some big annoyances

I love how sturdy the phone is. I have never felt like I needed a case for it. It's actually thinner than my wife's iPhone inside its case. I have a few issues with this phone. 1. The capacitive search button is always registering a false tap, causing Cortana to pop up and interrupt what I'm doing, like watching a video. 2. The Bluetooth needs serious improvement. 3. The camera is so slow to start and take pictures - doesn't matter how good the camera is if you miss the shot. 4. The smooth, slick back makes it so hard to use the phone in the car since anywhere I put the phone down it slides away - that's a real problem especially when I'm trying to use the GPS.
