Man what a nice beautiful phone this was for me. Paired with the minimalistic and graceful OS, it'll be a phone I will remember and even miss a little. It might be a little heavy/bulky for some, but it felt perfect in my hand. It's solid and feature rich (even for today), definitely a phone i wouldn't mind owning again, perhaps as a backup phone.
One big plus I find with this baby as opposed to phones on other oses is longevity. This thing is a "classic". But you can't say that similarly aged phones are as capable/maintained as the 920. Mine was updated to the newest OS still. And yes it still has qi wireless charging/nfc/sweet camera with ois that are even rare today. If you can pick this up for cheap, it's a no brainer.

The 1020 came out so soon after the 920 that an upgrade wasn't possible. Ever since then, I've been waiting for a 1020 replacement which I'd jump at the chance for and it hasn't come. I want high end specs and a 42 MP camera. All we keep seeing is mid-grade phones and most of us aren't interested in them. So I still sport my 920, waiting for a proper upgrade.

This powerhouse of a phone was great to me in the 2 years that I've had it. It has served me well and continues to function properly. My only gripe about it is the battery life; it could be so much better.

i have nothing to complain of this lumia but the store is very bad. I have been using the ios for about 5 years and now iam owning a lumia. Of course i love it because it 's very easy to use. smooth, long-life-battery... But the windows phone store does not satisfy me at all. i need more and more apps and games updated everyday. and one more thing, i want every single app in the store fully optimized for every lumia device. Yes, a lot of apps are not fully optimized that make me feel uncomfortable and hard to use. In a word, I need more and More and More Games and Apps for the winphone store. Hope that you can inprove this soon. i really love my lumia

I picked up my Lumia 920 as a day one launch. I got Cyan with a wireless charging pad. I thought the wireless charging was neat but gimmicky at first but after a while of using it I found it really nice. I'm the type of person who is on and off of their phone all day long so just throw the phone onto the charging pad and not having to plug it in to charge is super convenient. I really like Windows phone OS. It's fast, stable, and clean.
I'm the IT admin for my company so I have iPhones, Moto Gs, and two windows phones that we take care of. Of all the devices we have I honestly like my Lumia 920 the most. I meantioned the OS being clean. One of my biggest complaints about the iPhone iOS interface is everything is on the home screen that phone gets so cluttered up. With Windows Phone and Android you can select what is put on the home screen I LOVE IT! It's silly but one of my favorite features about the windows phone is I can pin an email folder to the home screen and see when a new email comes into one of my nested folders. Such a simple but awesome thing you can do.
Now for a few cons.
While I really dig my Lumia 920 my biggest complaint is not being able to turn off the LED behind the bottom buttons. I know you can put the phone into battery save mode but you can't charge the phone then if you want those LEDs to be off. I read before going to bed and those lights are so bright.

Another con is the Settings > System page is kinda cluttered and could use a once over to clean it up. I feel like several features were added and stuff was just thrown on to that screen.
Overall I really like the phone. There are a few features I'd like to come over to it. On android there is Mighty Text which allows you to text from your computer. It seems like Microsoft could add that feature easily with the echo system they have setup. It would be nice to be able to answer calls like iOS with mavericks and do on the Apple platforms. Fingers crossed these types of features are added in the future. I'm looking at you windows 10 :).

Its great in performance but at some times it disappoints like it gets heated quickly .Also the software update is too slow.There is alot of restriction for apps which annoys

Everything you need in a phone

The camera, regular updates, software support, OS updates. Only thing where it lacks is the battery. It just drains a lot more battery compared to WP 8. I have around 3 hours of intensive usage on the battery. In standby it somehow stands one whole day (around 9-10 hours). Other than that, I seriously don't find any other complaints. Although, email client should be better. Other than that, I'll be purchasing new WP once Windows 10 comes out (mobile windows 10, or WP 10), however it's called. Although, next 1020 phone.
