Great Features. Not great experience with cleaning

The stove has worked great and the features are perfect. We've had it for two weeks and used convection roast for chicken last weekend. It was only at 400 but did make a mess in the oven. We cleaned it up as much as possible and put on self-clean. Not all the spots came out (hit them later with easy off per LG instructions and it was fine) but apparently the seal around the glass window in front was not tight and made a huge mess. LG sent someone out that day and they are replacing the door. Hopefully, that is an isolated incident as I really, really like the stove.

I love my range!

I love the way that this range cooks. I love the intuit touch controls. So much nicer than having to deal with knobs that need more cleaning. The elements heat quickly and also decrease in strength when you need to lower your cooking. The beautiful glass cooktop cleans up like a breeze. There are no places for food to get stuck, so you just pass over your non-abrasive sponge and wipe clean! I also love my convection oven and the broiler. My food cooks evenly and quickly! The interior is a beautiful blue color and my oven came with three racks! Cleaning my oven has been a breeze. Just spray water into it and hit the easy clean button. A short while later I can sponge off the mess. I've never cooked on another range that equals this for quality.

Well I have had this stove for a month or so and here is what I feel about it.
Pros:
Quick response from burners
Almost infinite adjustability of burner heat
Oven comes to temp quickly
Overall quality seems very good
Cons:
Digital push pad controls take a little getting used to
Ridiculous " songs" played as alerts to oven timer and pre heated state. ( actually they missed an opportunity to sell you alternate ringtones!)
Overall, it is a keeper, and for the price a good bargain!

I love this range.I have always gas so when I moved I needed electric, oven heats evenly and is easy to clean.comes with three oven racks definitely a plus.Cook top has hot surface indicators. Am definitely satisfied

I have owned a Hotpoint, GE and Kenmore range over the years and this is by far the best one I have ever had. The quality of the workmanship, the speed that it reaches temperature, the baking/cooking quality are superior. A bonus is the song that it plays when the timer goes off :-)
I waited way too long to purchase an LG!

Recently purchased and product is exactly as expected. Stove top heats up rapidly, oven is ready for baking by the time you're ready to put your dish in. Very well pleased.

Nice range but some improvements would be good

I like the way it performs and seems high quality. However, after only 30 days I discovered the range will not work when I try to reset the baking temp (i.e. when it is at 350 and I try to change it to 400). The display just shows the input 400 temp. Nothing changes and there is no musical tone, so I do not know if the oven reaches 400 or not. It should count up and say it is preheating. Must be a bad control board, so I will need a tech to come out.
Lastly, LG should try to improve the buttons and their sensitivity to touch. Sometimes you have to touch a button several times for it to respond.

Convection???

We are having a hard time figuring out the convection part. According to the directions, when we used the magical formula for cooking in convection mode, the item was raw. Work in progress - could use better or more accurate instructions.
