Bought This a few years ago- I am not happy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this stove approximately five years ago and to say the least I’m disappointed. Our dual burner is not working and the “G” from LG was not stenciled into the stove so it fell off after a few years. Not sure what folks are making these days but the consumer is definitely getting the worse of it!! I am seriously considering never getting an LG product again. I have similar problems with a bottom freezer refrigerator I bought from them. This is not quality!!

Poor temperature control

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this for convection feature. From first month, this oven will not pre-heat to correct temperature, even after +/- 35 degree adjustment. After replacing main printed circuit board, oven temperature sensor, lower bake element and convection heater sheath, still does not heat properly and maintain temperature.
Attempting to get technical support has been non- existent as I haven't been able to reach anyone to speak to.

Great feature

Still working on calling stores for replacement part and can't wait to get it up and running again.
