Ice and water dispenser have design flaws

Rest of the fridge is ok at this time but the water and ice dispenser system are poorly designed. Water squirts out and over glasses instead of down and the ice comes in thunderous batches, overflowing small glasses and out the sides of the guide.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this 2 months ago and im having problems the temp controls aren't working and the ice maker light stopped working

Space in product is okay. Lighting is not the best. plastic drawers tend to stick and do not slide easily. Water dispenser does not shut off immediately after removing glass. Limited space for large containers like milk and juice.

Some design flaws that should be easily fixed

Freezer has shelves not bins so stuff falls out easily. Lower crisper bin sticks and is difficult to close. Temperature adjustments don't appear to work. Just goes back to default temps.

Slate color looks nice

The refrigerator works nicely. The sole reason we got it was the slate color, which looks nice, but the handles are stainless steel which shows every finger print. It would've been nice to have the handles the same slate color.

Great except for the ice maker

I bought this at the beginning of July. Am very disappointed in the ice maker. There is only 3 people living here and it doesn't make enough ice for us. The ice maker that was in the old refrigerator kept up even when we had company.

Love the color and no fingerprints... However it sounds like a dog barking when the ice maker empties and I can hear the compressor running. One of the drawers does not open and close effectively. Very annoying.

Ice maker sounds horrible

I love the color of the slate finish. The ice maker is extremely loud and sounds like gears grinding. Called it in under warranty. They waited 10 minutes and said it seemed fine and didn't wait to hear the ice maker. Guess I'll be calling it in again!
