Just Plugged It In

Literally just hooked up the water line and plugged in the unit. So far it is quieter and much larger than our last one. It is cooling quickly and looks nice. My only disappointment so far is that the doors are not exactly level with each other...I'm sure after a couple of days I won't notice that though!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Warranty Needed

I bought this a year ago and it broke 5 days after warranty went out. Make sure to buy the extended warranty

Good to go for another 25 years

After a flawless 25 years of service, I just replaced my old GE refrigerator with a new one. i am very excited and optimistic about this one, it seems like a very good decision. I will miss the pass thru door/shelf on the old refrigerator for beverages like milk and mixers, but nobody makes anything close to that anymore. Beautiful simple stainless design.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Have had the refrigerator for over a month. It has exceeded our expectations! The shelves in the doors are so easy to move and adapt to whatever configuration we need. The glass shelves in the freezer are the best for stacking frozen items. One reason we chose this model was because it has glass shelves and not the wire shelving. The fridge and freezer stay perfect to temp.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very good refridgerator .........

Had this for about 3 months and the on the whole it has been satisfactory.
Minor issues worth improving on the design:
- the fridge drawers do not slide/open easily and seem to get stuck every time ...... this could easily be corrected;
- the fridge is on wheels and when opened it seems to slide forward. I have tried putting something under the front wheels but has not worked. I would expect GE could easily put on anti-slip wheels or a wheel-lock to stock the wheels turning when the fridge is in place.
