we like the fridge for it looks and features....only draw back is that b/c of side by side setup, on occasion difficult to stores items on either side.

Attractive and just right size

We were especially impressed by the 10 lb ice capacity as well as increasing the size of our existing refrigerator. The only downside is that the refrigerator door does not close all the way and the trouble shooting guide says to wax the seal. If this was a known problem, why didn't it come with the seal already waxed?

Should have bought our own

Our builder put this fridge in as part of our home purchase. This is the smallest "large" fridge we have ever had. The shelf suppress take away a good portion of the space, and we have had to be creative with where we put our milk - the light and top vent get in the way. The refrigerator side freezes everything that is pushed to the back, despite being set to 37deg. The ice maker on the freezer side takes a huge amount of space. The ice in the ice maker frequently is stuck together, and takes a while to begin dispensing because of this. The doors have a soft-close mechanism that stop the doors from closing most of the time. We were told that this can't be adjusted. Thank goodness there's a door alarm. The door shelves are narrow, especially the bottom ones on the fridge side. Good luck finding things that fit. This won't get replaced right away, but no tears will be shed the day it dies.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
