New model has slightly better features than 14 year old Profile Model.
So Far, I am pleased with appearance and Performance- Attained Pre-set Temps in 8 Hours.

Good appliance, the crushed ice dispenser doesn't crush the ice very well

Bought Frig, Dishwasher, Stove, and microwave in slate - love this frig! It is so roomy and solid. I love the alarm on the door that lets you know the door has been left open. Also the temperature gauge right on the display lets you see the inside temp and change it right there if you want to. Would definitely recommend.

Had GE profile that WREC power spikes blew up electronics. This new refrigerator although not profile was perfect replacement.

Bought this with the complete GE set. Wasn't sure about the French door but decide to go with the side door and I am glad we did for tighter fit.
