SPACIOUS REFRIGERATOR

WE BOUGHT THIS IS AUGUST AND IT HAS BEEN A GREAT APPLIANCE. THE REFRIGERATED SECTION IS SPACIOUS, EASY TO MOVE AND SLIDE OUT SHELVES, WHICH I LOVE. THE FREEZER IS A LITTLE SMALL, BUT WE HAVE A SECOND FREEZER IN THE GARAGE SO IT'S NOT A BIG DEAL. ICE MAKER WORKS GREAT AND WE NEVER SEEM TO RUN OUT OF ICE. STAINLESS DOES GET FINGERPRINTS ON IT.

This is the same model, just updated from the one I had for 15 years. Works well. The old one is still running in another home.
Like the finish, but the handles need to be wiped down frequently to keep finger prints from showing.

Love most of it

Love the color choices. I got the dark gray one (cannot recall official color) as it's clean and sleek like the stainless steel but more dull with NO FINGERPRINTS. I love that it's a side by side as the French Door one I do not care for (have to bend over to get to anything in your freezer and not good system for unloading freezer items from the grocery store). Water filter system is great in the door and ice is easy to also open the door to manually get some. The water filter cartridges are pricey so that's a bummer. Also, it is on the noisy side when it turns on to run. Both of those reasons is why I am rating it a 4 star, Good.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Super Cold - plenty of space!

Love the slate finish - very easy to take care of (however the handles are not slate and easily show grime).
The top shelf of the fridge can hold 5 gallons of milk and a small jar of applesauce.
Also there is room on the door shelves for a gallon.

Great icemaker

I love almost everything about my new fridge, but the quality of the 3 drawers is not up to the quality of the rest of the appliance. They are too lightweight and tend to stick. One major factor that made me choose this model was the large ice bin. When you live in South Texas, it is vital that plenty of ice is always available. The icemaker is fast and I always have enough ice for family and quests. Love it!
