Good refrigerator but noisy

We bought this refrigerator in January and I love how it looks and it works well except it is very noisy. The manual says that it's because of a high powered compressor - but it's really loud at times and the ice maker dispenser is slow to drop the ice cubes.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My new side by side refrigerator is a dream. It is large with plenty of shelf space. The slate-colored stainless shows no fingerprints. It is quiet, produces plenty of ice, and keeps my food cold.
The drawer is not as sturdy as I'd like and doesn't slide as easily as my old one, but I am still happy with and proud of my purchase.
