I bought this month and i love it. Always have had GE. Had a Matarg and it turned to a oven. lol

Great features and great looking

Great features like led lighting, plenty of shelving and produce storage. Very large ice storage. The surface is finger print resistant. Very nice brushed metal finish. We purchased the matching stove and Microwave. The only thing that could be improved is the door handles need to be smudge proof.

Had to return to store

We liked the design and features of the refrigerator but upon delivery from the big box retailer, we spent a couple hours cleaning it up. The delivery crew left that to us. The main problem: adhesive stuck to the smooth white doors when we peeled the protective film off. Had to return to the store to ask advice on how to clean it off since we didn't want to mar the shiny finish. They had no clue. And the other reason for going back to the store was to figure out from the floor model how to install the bins. The instruction manual was worthless on that account.
Overall, GE appliances have served us much longer than another manufacturer. We hope, now that we did the work of cleaning up from the adhesive, that this appliance will serve us a long time.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I just moved into a new house and needed a refrigerator. I had a similar GE model in my previous apartment, and loved it. It's a great refrigerator for the price.

Replacing LG that came with new house and works but is just not user friendly. Have had 3 GE refrigerators over past 30 years and they are all still working, just replace when remodeling. Won't ever buy anything else. This is good bang for the buck model.

Comparing other brands to this at similar price points, this seemed to be a higher quality product. So far, so good, also we had a previous GE refrigerator for at least 25 years.
