good choice

i haven't had it for long but i'm very happy so far. taking a while to get used to the space. in some ways, even though it's bigger than my old one, it's not as spacious. but i'm hoping it's a question of getting used to the new shape of the interior. i share it with someone who needs to be able to SEE everything which was one of the reasons i chose it & it's A plus on visibility!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this when by other refrigerator freezer wasn't keeping some of the items at the right temperature. I compared it with other brands and choose this one. It met all the features that I wanted.

I bought this refrigator for its reliability & Service. My only problem with this refrigator is the drawers don't slide smoothe and tend to stick

I've always been skeptical of GE appliances but took the plunge because this fridge had all the little things we wanted: an ice dispenser that also made it easy to reach in and grab ice or remove the ice bin to fill a cooler, a freezer wide enough to hold a frozen-pizza box, a deli drawer, and flexibility for adjusting the shelves. I took off one star because the freezer and refrigerator gaskets aren't exactly the same thickness (or more precisely one is more compressed than the other) so the doors don't match up exactly when they close.

In 56 years of marriage, this is the BEST fridge we ever owned! We really like the side-by-side design. And, at my age, "sometimes" don't get the door completely closed so my wife likes the "door open" alarm. Great product!
