Great Basic Fridge

This was purchased as a second fridge. The only reason I did not give five stars is the lighting is a little lacking for me. Towards the lower section it is very shadowy and son. Otherwise it would be five stars.

We carefully chose our new GE slate set based on consumer reports, value for features, and upon our needs. The mid-range set is fine for us, and it really adds value to our kitchen.

Great features & plenty of room

We bought this in December after our 24 yr old refrigerator quit Thanksgiving weekend. We are so very happy with this GE refrigerator, it has plenty of room for everything including leftovers, even room for the extra food & drinks the kids bring when they visit (they no longer need to keep their food in their cooler). The ice keeper is always full of ice, that is a big plus. So glad we decided on this one.

i had purchased this at Best Buy but it never worked and Best Buy would not replace it. GE came out to fix the first model several times because it was not cooling. finally they were kind enough to replace it. i like it but i loved my older GE Profile in Black. it was so big. however, i had to find one that fit in the same place as my older fridge and this was the largest one i could find that would fit.
I would recommend this to a friend!
