Just what we wanted

Really like the features. Our old one was traditional top freezer, so tired of bending over to get stuff out of it. The water/ice dispenser in the door is wonderful.

Like it but need help with two issues

1. It currently has a filter bypass in place. How do I remove the bypass and put in a filter. Have not been able to even budge the bypass, it won’t turn
2 I want to take out the ice tray/bin. I turned the ice maker off but cannot remove the bin. What are the secrets?

Thank you for taking the time to write a review on your brand new refrigerator. We regret your experience. The bypass filter plug turns to the left to remove. It doesn't have to be pushed in just turn to the left. To remove the ice bin, lift the bin then pull it forward. We hope this is helpful. Thanks for your feedback.
