Nice looking but Freezer door doesn't stay sealed

This GE product was delivered 12/7/2019 Today is 1/3/2020 I found that when closing the refrigerator door the freezer door loses it seal. It doesn't open enough to notice, just enough to collect frost. GE customer service told us that each time we shut the refrigerator door the freezer will pop open and we need to learn to close the freezer door and that this is normal.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Noisy and craps out on you.

a very noisy motor. It also crapped out on us at year 4. And it only comes with a one year warranty. What kind of company makes products that only have a one year warranty?!? Poor craftsmanship is why.
