Positive: keeps good temperature control, very quiet, easy to clean, great inside lighting, cold water in door with plenty of ice, good shelf arrangement
Negative: sharp edges on drawers, taller than old style refrigerators, small water drip or ice drop unless you hold extra few seconds on dispenser, only shelves in freezer instead of all basket shelves

This refrigerator keeps everything nice and cold. and since it's Energy Star rated it takes less effort to keep things cold.
