The HP60 Black Origina Ink Cartridge was received in a timely manner and was installed immediately. As in the past, the product meets the requirements I have for this product. I particularly like that it is easy to install and utilize.

Like I said, "Got HP" ...Good! I've had other brand name printers; but, HP is the best...ie: less troubles and they really work. Take care of it and it will take care of you.

I learned (the hard way) that ya'll are "the best" place to get my ink cartridges...The convenience of shopping with you online, and the prices are great, and the deliveries are always prompt! I am always thankful that I chose to shop with you!

Didn't work at all!

I ordered this ink, and as soon as I put it in my printer, things went crazy. I got messages about it being incompatible, it wasn't installed properly, and that there were paper jams. I took it out and put it back in numerous times. Same messages popped up. Finally I just bought a new one from a store, same number and still hp. That one installed just fine. So now I'm stuck with a dud cartridge, and I'm out the money I paid for it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
