I purchased these cartridges because the cartridges I had purchased a few weeks previously would not work. I have yet to have someone else insert these new cartridges. I am upset about the previous cartridges because these are expensive. I am very disappointed.

We tried knock-off cartridges but my printer/software rejected them. Therefore we must use genuine HP cartridges. Print quality is very high. Ink doesn't last very long and cartridges are prohibitively expensive, so this product only gets 3 stars. When selecting a new printer, cost of printer ink mustan important consideration.
