I prefer HP printers and ink over all others because I have always had good luck, and quality with this brand. They are consistent in their quality, ship right away when I order direct, and customer service is available and friendly when I need them. As far as I know without doing much research, the prices are competitive within industry standards as well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Failed to work, Repeat of install still failed with message : One of your cartridges is not aligned. Worked through all trouble-shooting, including cleaning the copper contacts, still didn't resolve problem.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Always buy your ink from the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and get a quality product. Don't be surprised and cheated by those online stores that sell cheap and restock there shelves with empty returns without weighing or checking returned merchandise.

I allways use HP60 orignal ink for my HP photosmart printer it is great quality ink. I have had my
photosmart printer about 3 years now no problems with it or the HP60 ink.
