I found price to be about the same as in store purchasing. The big difference was not having to go out during the christmas madness and have to deal with parking and people. The cartridges work just as expected and I will be ordering more in the future.

Factory has never failed

I can count on products straight from the factory because they haven't failed me yet. I've had other suppliers send me empty ink cartridges for new and factory sealed. that had been replaced with used empty ones and returned to vender as wrong cartridge or whatever. They've been restocked and sent out again on a new order; oops, buyer beware. I don't neeed that, so I go to the factory and order. So far, so good.
