I bought this a week ago and installed upon receipt. The ink counter on my computer showed the cartridges were not full. Puzzling, as I e never had this happen before.
I was glad replaced my old cartridge. This was exactly what I needed for my printer. Got me out of a bind to be able to print clear and send an inportant dociment by mail. Now can work from home efficiently during stay at home during Covid19.
The Tri-color ink cartridge in the 2-pack I received is defective...I tried several times to install, un-install & re-install, but the color cartridge still would not work/print -- Now what?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
