Faulty tricolor cartridge

The tricolor ink cartridge made only five copies before it was depleted. You should send me a replacement.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The ordering online was simple and very easy to follow, the tracking number provided was a great tool to know what status the delivery was in and installation was very easy with all the tutorials and installation material that was sent with the product.
