To keep you're printer from clogging ALWAYS use HP ink. The cheapies just cost more in the long run.

Problem with the purchase

I was just trying to find out how to return one of the tri-color cartridges from my recent order from HP. I had purchased two double packs of black/tri color.
When my tri color had to be replaced yesterday, one of the new cartridges kept registering on my printer that there was a problem with the cartridge. After multiple tries, I gave up and opened the other new tri color cartridge and it works just fine so it was not the printer's problem. Where do I send the faulty cartridge to get it replaced. I am doing a lot of printing and will need it shortly.
