The devise holds my iPhone in a great viewing position if you use it for maps. Stays in place well but sometimes difficult to remove quickly if you share it in other vehicles. I guess the solution is to buy 2.

I have a 93 Cherokee and this simply wouldn't work. The clips are made for AC vents that are not as deep as they are on older cars. It should work well in a car with smaller vent tabs.
