I needed a cell phone holder that would work with my vehicle. This one does the job, I am able to control from the drivers seat and connect to the car charger. However, I can't seem to get it stabilize, it slides side to side in the vent. Not a Big Issue, but something that could improve, but overall, I am very happy with this cell phone holder.

Horrible Phone Holder

I purchased this holder because I was traveling cross-country and I needed something to hold my phone for the map service.
As soon as I opened it, I realized I was going to have problems with it. It clamps onto your air vent, which is nice, however you have to make sure it is attached to the bottom two vents otherwise the arm falls into the vent. I had to readjust a few times. It's not very intuitive.
In order to get your phone into the holder, you have to push a button "multiple" times to release the clamps. I had to push the button in excess of 30 times before the arms released enough to slide my phone in the first time (I had to read the instructions which I didn't think was necessary for a simple looking device). The same thing is needed to get your phone out. I ended up ripping my phone out because the arms would not release. I have had the holder now for a month and now the arms will not release, ever, no matter how many times I press the button.
I would not recommend this for anyone. A friend asked if he could have it since I don't use mine anymore and I couldn't, in good faith, give it to him.
