Sturdy air vent mount that works great with the iPhone 3GS. Was a little leary to do vent mounting, but works perfectly. Comes with additional mounting options in the box.
What's great about it: Sturdy, easy to install, good price

Works Great with Droid

I was looking for a vent mount for my new Motorola Droid phone to allow me to use the GPS navigation function more easily and other features. This mount is very adjustable and my Droid fits very well. I have access to the USB port for charging and the volume rocker on the side of the phone. The mount is easy to attach to the vent and I've set it up in a couple of cars. Trying to detach it from the vent takes a little more time and can be a little frustrating at times. The mount is pretty adjustable but there is a little lack of fine tuning. Overall a great product and would highly recommend it for mounting electronics in your car, much better than windshield suction cup mounts I've used in the past.
What's great about it: Easy to set up, good price, great function
What's not so great: Hard to detach from vent
I would recommend this to a friend!

Doesn't fit into vent well and falls out
The pivot broke, poor consturction
What's great about it: small and compact with padding from bouncing
What's not so great: poor support on how the bracket is held into the ball, it breaks
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The unit doesn't work and would buy something better next time.
What's great about it: When it works, it holds my phone so I don't have to reach for it.
What's not so great: Doesn't open all the time.

What's great about it: Cell phone is aimed right at you. East to see
What's not so great: not easy to put the phone in and get it out of holder. It would be nice to just place phone in cradle with one hand

Guess I shouldnt have listened to the employee that advised me to buy this, The Note 2 is too big/heavy for this, it just hung off my vent. Then it took me forever to get it off the dang vent. Waste of money.

Got this so I can use my phone (HTC One) for GPS purposes. It allows me to do this now. Clipping on to my ac vent was pretty easy. Product holds my phone well. Product is not made what I would call high grade plastic. If one were to have to remove and reattach this to an vent a number of time i feel like it would break pretty quickly. As I don't plan on doing this, so I think I'll be ok. I have a 06' chevy truck and my ac vents swival left to right and if i take turn to sharp the holder will swing away causing it to face the passager seat. More of a flaw with my truck than with this product. but something to think about.

Good value for a universal holder

It took me a few minutes to figure out how to get it locked in to the vent louvers, but once it's in it stays in place. I had hoped to be able to easily remove the whole mechanism and put it away when not in use, but it's too much trouble. On my car, instead of resting against the bottom of the vent or on the dash, the bottom brace goes against the bottom vent louver bending it a bit. It has a nice mechanism to easily insert and hold my Galaxy S III firmly in pace by squeezing the sides together, then push a button to release it. There are a couple of flip out levers on the bottom to support the phone, which leaves a nice gap in between to plug in the car charger when needed. Overall, I'm pretty happy with it for $17.
