I broke the suction gizmo that attaches my GPS to my windshield so I thought I would try this instead. It may be due to the design of my vent clips, but the fasteners are not secure enough or firmly enough in place to hold the GPS. It works just fine when I am parked, but the minute the car starts to move, the holder and the GPS are on the floor.

I have found that this item can be used to hold my cell phone, my ipod and mp3 player. But I also found that with the clamp removed this can mount to the back of my XM Radio. In my vehicle there is no place to mount the XM radio that is convenient with this bracket I can mount it below the current in dash radio and have full access to it easy.

Too loose to hold my phone at any angle. Doesn't fit my narrow AC vent blades and pulls out when you try to adjust it.
Best Buy won't take it back; I waited more than 15 days. $20 down the drain. :(

Thought this would be great for hands free phone usage, however when I tried to use it fall down, Does not hold the phone stable. There needs to be a better way to install it so that the phone remains in position and it drops the phone. I have reinstalled it several times with the same results. Although its a good idea, it not worth the price....
