Practical but annoying to use

This product does what it should. It mounts well, and it holds your phone with ease. Here are my 2 big problems with the device.

1. The swivel head that holds the phone at a certain angle just doesnt hold, even at the tightest setting. Eventually it falls down, but still usable.

2. the button to expand the clamp arms is really poorly designed. You have to literally slam on the button repeatedly to get the arms to open, just weird to have to do that.

3. the logo peels off almost right away, no big deal, just figured it was worth mentioning.

Big pro, my phone has never fallen out or anything, very secure.
