Broke quickly

This worked fine for 3 weeks. The fourth week, the ratchet mechanism broke and it wouldn't holld the phone anymore. It was very difficult to attach to a Prius.

I wanted to rate this product 5 stars but I had so much difficulty mounting it. The clips were not easy to attach to the vent. Once I got it in, it fit perfectly snug and my phone fit well in it. No slipping.

Poor design

One of two plastic pins holding the bracket in the vent fins fell out and down the air conditioning vent of my brand new car. Now I cannot get the other pin loose to remove the bracket-even using needle nose pliers. What a bad experience with this product.
