Difficult to keep mounted on vent.

Mounts keep coming off of vent slats, and the moving mechanism's teeth are off center. One side bracket adjusts wider than the other, meaning charging cord won't plug into slot on phone while in bracket. Preferred the design to most other mounts, so hoping it was just a fluke. Will return and try a replacement item.
