The Canon iP100 is reliable sturdy light weight and easy to transport. I have had mine for 5 years and have taken it all over the country. If I need to I can put it in my briefcase and roll in thru the airport. Love it.
Pros: reliable, Easy Setup, durable, Small Footprint, High Quality Output, fast print speed, easy to use, light weight

I purchased this do to the size, wanted to carry it with me and the fact that it prints both color & black. Was perfect for me. However, now I have to find someone to fix it or get another one. The paper quit feeding thru, most times it won't pick it up or it picks it up & barely runs it a short ways and quits. But if I can't get it fixed I WILL get another one, because I love it.

I do not understand why the bluetooth device was not built in as was the IP90. Having to take the receiver in and out each time the unit is used, then making sure you keep up with it is a pain. The initial cost accompanied with having to separately purchase the battery and bluetooth receiver make the investment very expensive. Other than that it is a great printer.

I needed a small, compact printer to take with me when we vacation. This printer is great. The copies are clean and clear. The copier speed is very good and it is a great value. It is my new traveing companion.

Fragile paper feeder

This is a good printer but way to fragile!
I have purchased this printer twice and both times the paper feeder broke at the left and right side attachment. Without the feeder, paper will not stand up to go into the printer. I am looking for another portable printer.

Have had this printer for 3 years now and it rocks. Totally portable, tough (my elementary school kiddo is the primary user), and gets pretty good ink usage. It will even unjam itself. Great little printer and has been super durable and reliable.

Backpack friendly

I carried this printer around europe for three months (Greece, Italy, Spain) and it worked great. Very durable. Printer cartridges did not dry up! Great shape/dimensions for traveling in luggage. Power brick is lightweight. This is the standard all other travel printers will be judge. No need to buy a large printer for your dorm- print quality is as good as is gets.
